Stephen is the founder of Live Unbound and a global leader in human performance and transformation.

His vision is to catalyse a world where humanity’s individual and collaborative performance potential is realised, and together we achieve the impossible. Stephen’s coaching delivers sustained behavioural change that positively impacts the actions of leaders, team performance and organisational culture in a fun and fully human way.

Stephen enjoys working in the highest pressure environments, exploring the edges of what we are capable of and creating a workplace where people are happy, connected, and valued for their work and effort.

Stephen has an intimate knowledge of high performance in highly competitive contexts. From leading cross-functional business teams to representing the Cork Senior Hurling team from 2010 to 2020 and captaining the team in 2016 & 2017 to Munster championship success. Stephen regularly draws from his experience as a captain of the Cork Senior Hurling team and performing in front of crowds of up to 83,000 people.

His approach is based on neuroscience, leading-industry research, vast and diverse experience, elite sports principles and catalyses leaders and teams into the optimal psychological state known as flow.

As a high performer, Stephen continually invests in his coaching, mentorship and supervision. He is constantly updating and advancing his skills to deliver the best holistic coaching solutions to clients. His current coaching supervisors include Dr Ruth Wageman and Professor Peter Hawkins, and he is coached 1 to 1 by Mark Divine.

Stephen lives in Cork City with his partner, Erika, their family and two dogs. Stephen loves nature and wildlife, spending time in the mountains and swimming in the ocean. He likes to travel to experience new cultures, connect with new people and enjoy all that life offers.
